A beautiful old town from another time. It’s amazing the feeling of walking these stone streets, in a walled city… the history in a town like this is something you can’t express in words.I will admit, I never would have chosen this place to visit… in fact, I’d never even heard of it, until I booked a cruise of the Central Mediterranean. But what an unsung treasure this place is, nestled behind it’s walls. Outside stretches the vibrant blue waters and inside, kids place, cats roam free, colorful doorways lead to perfectly preserved homes, and businesses still thrive (despite being severely damaged in wars).
