Emily Shorkey

The thing about The BSC Elite is that there is such an eclectic group of girls, and the levels of outgoing-ness are vast! I’m always a little surprised by the quieter ones that decide to take it on, but it’s always a good one! Emily is a senior at Bay City Central and we spent the day in Dow Gardens, which isn’t as common for me as it is for some. And despite being hurried out they turned out beautiful!

I am involved in lots of different activities! I am a captain on the varsity soccer team. I have been playing soccer since I was very young. I also am on the varsity pom pon team. I have been doing poms since 5th grade. I also play varsity volleyball and have been playing since I was young as well. I am also a flute section leader in the band at Central. I am involved in the National Honors Society too! Outside of school I play travel soccer in Freeland and travel volleyball for Valley East.

I knew a lot of people who got their pictures taken and I absolutely loved them! I love how everybody’s sessions are different and really show their personalities! All the pictures are beautiful and it shows how much time and effort is put into every session!

I am most looking forward to making my last memories of high school with my friends! I look forward to both playing and cheering on sports teams at my school for the last times. You are only in high school once so I want to make the most of it while I can!

I think what makes blacksheepchic different from other photographers is that she knows a lot about fashion and what looks good and always ties every look together so well! She also has solutions to every problem and always makes sure everything runs as smooth as possible!

I definitely plan on going to college after high school and am currently trying to figure out what career path I want to take!

My favorite thing about my session was how fun and lighthearted it was! Time flew by so fast and it was honestly a blast! Blacksheepchic did a great job of making my pictures a great and memorable experience!
