Of course there has to be a rain day in the fall, but I couldn’t have asked for a better location to deal with one! Lots of big open covered spaces, so plenty of natural light! It was my first trip to Dow Diamond, I was super excited, and it did not disappoint! Just enough city style to forget we’re in Mid-Michigan with some cozy spots thrown in. Lots of untraditional things which made me right at home, an “uneven” wedding party that made for some cool group shots, a bride and her dad that chose not to dance, vows that were perfectly unique, and none of the cheesy wedding reception crap. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Tomlinson!

How did you meet?

We met in middle school and dated a few times on and off over the years. Cal broke up with me in 8th grade and I was heartbroken. – Molly

Not a thing! There were a few speed bumps throughout the day (ya know, like a groomsman not having pants 🙄), but it all turned out perfect and we have a day full of amazing memories. – Molly

Do you! Everyone is going to have opinions about how things should be but do what makes you happy and what is fitting for you as a couple. – Molly
