I knew going into this day that it would be perfect, and never even thought to check the weather! From day one these two have been the most sweet, organized, in love, chill couple to work with <3 From a great new (to me) church (seriously, if you’re looking for a new church, the pastor here and the resulting ceremony images are awesome!) to a local Saginaw park, and out to a beautiful reception at Bay Valley, these two had a perfect day. A wonderful wedding party and family rounded it out, and I’m really excited to see where life leads the new Mr. and Mrs. Rose, together. Congratulations Kevin and Christina!

How did you meet?

Kevin : We met online. We were both very skeptical about it but we found each other and couldn’t be happier. I liked the way she spoke about her family and she was always polite and fun.

How long did you know each other before tying the knot?

Kevin : Almost 3 years
Christina : About 3 years

How did you meet?

Christina : We met online after both moving to the area for new jobs. After talking for a little while, we decided to meet for the first time at a coffee shop.

What would you change, if anything, about your wedding day?

Christina : I would have just planned for even more time in the morning to get ready to make sure that everyone had plently of time. With everyone getting their hair and make up done, the time flies by.

What was your favorite part of your wedding day?

Kevin : My favorite part was standing at the altar watching our closest friends walk down the aisle knowing that my wife was next. My view due to the lights was just a sillouette when she was standing in the back with her father. As she walked forward into the light, I was just so excited to hold her hand and to tell her I love her.

What would you change, if anything, about your wedding day?

Kevin : Honestly just to have more time. It was so wonderful to see everyone. We couldn’t have been happier.

What advice do you have for other first time grooms?

Kevin : Don’t forget to breathe. The day flies by so fast. Take the time to talk with the guests. You get so little time but it is a great time to let them know how special they are to you and to see how happy they are as well.

What advice do you have for other first time brides?

Christina : Start early. Places/people book up fast and it saved us a lot of stress by having things done early in the planning process.

What was your favorite part of your wedding day?

Christina : Our first dance. The day went by so fast that it was nice to get that time to talk (and sing) with just the two of us.
