How can you not fall in love with a girl who gives off positive energy 24/7? Regan is a true favorite, smiling and laughing at nearly everything! Oh… and that hair! <3 <3 <3 We had the strangest session day, from bright bright hot sun to the strongest winds, the darkest clouds, and the start of rain, we made it work. But that last look deserved more…perfection. I am so glad this beauty decided to join The BSC Elite this year and hang out with us, she is going to do great things!

What school Clubs/Activities are you involved in?

I am involved in leadership and MCC (Multi Culture Club). I have been a part of leadership for 3 years (this will be my 4th year doing it). My interest with leadership started with my older sister and wanting to be more involved with the school! She would always come home and have stories to tell about all the different and fun activities that were being done and i wanted to be a part of that. Also i was able to get really involved with the school i know a lot of the teachers and staff members and all the students know who i am because i am very hands on and active with getting word out about things. MCC will be my 2nd year doing it and my intent for that started when i was deciding on what club i wanted to join and this one sounded really fun! We learn a lot about different cultures and put on a show at the end of the year to show off all the different cultures at our school.

Why did you choose blacksheepchic?

I chose blacksheepchic because i love her uniqueness and creativity. unlike normal senior photographers, she uses natural light and makes the background light and not dark which i love. she also makes sure that your personality is shown through the pictures and the background to make sure you are completely expressed in the picture.

What are you most looking forward to your Senior Year?

This year as a senior i am look forward to last homecoming, last prom, last first hockey and football games, and of course being involved in leadership. All of these things is what makes high school high school i love them all so much! they truly make me look forward to being a part of high school and learning new things!

What do you think makes blacksheepchic different than other photographers?

Some things that make blacksheepchic different than other photographers is that she knows how to capture your true authentic self. Leslie uses clothes and scenery that makes you, you. she knows what poses to do as well for each person to show off their personality and not just the basic boring poses that literally all senior pictures are. another thing that makes her different is her amazing style closet that she had to help you pick out what you want to wear in your pictures to show who you really are. without her style closet and her style help i could have possibly looked like an Oompa Loompa in all of my pictures.

What are your current plans after graduation?

I’m not 100% sure on what my plan is, i plan on just playing it by ear. One option would be taking some classes at delta and then transferring after 2 years somewhere else or just taking the 2 years at delta. i feel like it’s such a big decision to make and so much pressure is put on all of us that it takes away the part of having fun as a teen. something that i really want to do though is travel a lot more. i have always loved the idea of going to new places and meeting new people and just having fun somewhere else!

What was your favorite thing about your session?

my favorite thing about my session would have to be going and looking for spots with leslie! she is so much fun to be around and just makes you laugh and smile the whole time! an other thing that i really loved about my session is how i was able to do 15 minutes at each spot and still be able to get incredible pictures. you never really know how much you can get done in 15 minutes but you get a lot done and it’s all worth it!!

Which was your favorite look?

This is a hard question because i had a lot of favorite looks! my first favorite was my black shirt and jeans look! i feel like this look brought out my inner rock and roll Greta van fleet self! my hair was all wild and crazy and it was very edgy which was fabulous. my second favorite look was my orange skirt look in the trees! this one was able to capture my inner flower child, hippie, gypsy that i hold very near and dear to me. i felt that i was able to feel like how i always in that outfit light, bright, and colorful with a little bit of sass! my last favorite outfit was me in the purple dress. this outfit i was able to feel like a little girl playing dress up. i felt like a princess in it. the house that we took it at was one of my ancestors houses and it was where my dad wanted me to take a picture in front of and i’m glad i was able to do that and make him happy and love the outfit and pictures!!!
