Megan + Mark

Every so often I come across a groom to be that was blessed with more personality than one human should be able to handle. But then there’s Megan, who found the man who will make her laugh until the end of days. Oh and he has style too! I had the pleasure of meeting Megan when she stood in her sister’s wedding a couple of years back. Now residing in England, she met the man of her dreams, and gave me a call. They will be celebrating in the states, and weren’t going to need an engagement session because Mark wouldn’t be making the trip until the big day. Lucky for them, within 4 weeks of their call, I would be on their side of the pond! All it took was a quick flight and BAM! Engagement session magic! I can’t wait to see what they cook up for their wedding, I’m positive it will be out of this world!

Now…to find another couple who will go on an adventure with me 😉

Megan : We will cohabit with 2 dogs and a cat in the lovely city of Durham, England.
Mark : The quaint and wonderful land of Durham City

How did you meet?

Megan : He sat behind me in a project management course, after arriving 20 min late on the first day. Only one of us passed, by the way.

Mark : It’s all about the tractor fascination; gets a guy every time!

Tell me about your first date/impression :

Megan : Punctuality is in my blood. The late arrivals didn’t bode well. Fortunately, Mark’s also a charmer. It didn’t take long for me to realize he was something special. I was amazed at how easy it was to talk to him, how effortlessly he brought me out of my shell, and how natural it felt to be with him. I’ve never been one for fairy tale romances, but as they say, “when you know, you know.”

Tell me about your first date/impression :

Mark : She helped me carry my overweight dog over a fence, seconds before I fell down and bundled myself through a field in the English countryside! I knew then she was the one; but the first time I held her and we swayed in unison, I knew it was bigger than both of us!
