Meet Courtney, another John Glenn High School senior, class of 2018, AND another member of The BSC Elite! We had a great time out in Bay City for her senior session, trying to dodge the rain. We started in the first spot I’ve ever been chased out of for taking pictures… and not a No Trespassing sign in sight! After our little buzz kill downtown we decided to head for the beach to capture a little volleyball love, and it only gets better from there! I love having Courtney’s smile and laugher around, she’s such a fun, beautiful addition to the team! And you’re about to see why <3

What school Clubs/Activities are you involved in?

Courtney : Volleyball: since I was in sixth grade. Member of NHS Softball: since 10th grade. Sports are huge in my family! And always have been, I love being active and I’m very competitive, and like the way a team feels like a second family.

What are you most looking forward to your Senior Year?

Courtney : Being the role models for the underclassmen because I remember the feeling of looking up to them and thinking how awesome they were and it’s gonna be kinda cool having people look up to me that same way.

What are your current plans after graduation?

Courtney : I’m still pretty undecided about it all but I’m either going to GVSU or WSU, and then going to figure it out from there!

Why did you choose blacksheepchic?

Courtney : Because every picture I saw was awesome! And they were different then all the mainstream senior pictures.

What was your favorite thing about your session?

Courtney : All my outfits! I loved them all! Some were totally me and others were something I normally wouldn’t pick for myself but I still fell in love with!

Which was your favorite look?

Courtney : The red skirt with the leather jacket! HANDS DOWN!!

What do you think makes blacksheepchic different than other photographers?

Courtney : I loved climbing up the stairs of an abandoned building to get pictures because that doesn’t seem like the mainstream picture against a brick wall, but instead real graffiti!
