When I talk to other photographers they all think I’m crazy for my road trips. But never once have I regretted a destination to capture unique places as beautiful as my girls! Abbey has a tie to Petoskey and I am always happy to help give her a memory that she can keep for life. Looking back on my own experience it’s not quite as fun to say “I went to a local guy’s studio and shot 3 looks in 30 minutes, then went home.” Abbey brought her mom and sister along and we went from the streets of downtown to my favorite hidden gem at the waterfront. Nothing tops a waterfall that you can park the car next to 😉 My first Cass City High School senior set the bar high <3

What school Clubs/Activities are you involved in?

I’m involved in volleyball, basketball, and softball. I’ve played travel ball for 4 years and I play for the Saginaw Bay Riverdawgs.

Why did you choose blacksheepchic?

I’ve followed blacksheepchic on social media for a while now and have always loved her photos. I love how they are all different and never the same.

What are you most looking forward to your Senior Year?

I’m really just so excited to just make final memories with my class and to finish up all my sports. I’m really excited for volleyball season because it’s my favorite sport.

Which was your favorite look?

My favorite look was the white sweater and black hat. It really gave a French vibe.

What are your current plans after graduation?

I plan to go to college ( I’m hoping for CMU) and want to major in business. I either want to be an insurance agent or a financial advisor. I’m pretty good with numbers so I think business would be a good fit for me.

What do you think makes blacksheepchic different than other photographers?

The difference between blacksheepchic and other photographers is that she goes the extra mile to make sure all your outfits are unique, trendy, and flattering on you. She also makes sure your makeup is flawless and that your hair looks good. I thought it would be awkward taking pictures in the streets of Petoskey but with Leslie I was so comfortable.

What was your favorite thing about your session?

My favorite thing about my session was the atmosphere I was in. Getting my pictures taken in Petoskey (my favorite place in Michigan) is where I’ve always dreamed of getting them done at.
