Lynn and Marcus are one of my rare couples that found me on a site other than Facebook! It’s always a fun adventure meeting new people with a new story and I think these two have an extra fun one 🙂 Just another confirmation that “when you’re not looking for it, it’ll happen.” Can’t wait to see these two in Brighton, MI!

Lynn : We played beach volleyball together.
Marcus : Volleyball.

Tell me about your first date/impression :

Marcus : I was nervous but excited. She made me feel like no one ever has and I knew right then and there that she was special. 

Tell me about your first date/impression :

Lynn : I had just moved to Lansing and didn’t know many people, so was happy to meet Marcus at volleyball. After hearing a few of his cheesy jokes, I knew he could make me laugh. We went to a Lugnuts game on our first date, and ended up talking through the whole game and had a great time. It was a really fun first date! Great memories!

How long had you been dating before getting engaged?

Lynn : A year and a few months
Marcus : Little over a year
